Fees:
Following your initial visit which will normally include a comprehensive oral examination, a periodontal evaluation, a complete set of x-rays, and an oral cancer exam, Dr. Skoby will complete an individualized treatment plan. Your treatment plan will include our fees for each service as well as an estimate as to what your insurance will cover and what your portion will be. We will review the treatment plan with you to ensure that you understand the recommended treatment before we proceed. We will try to answer any questions that you might have.

Payment:
Payment is expected a the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also offer a financing option through Care Credit with 3 month no interest or extended payment plans. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. You are responsible for what your insurance doesn't pay. Patients are billed at the beginning of the month on the unpaid balance. Any Accounts after 30 days without payment a $25 late fee will be accessed. Any accounts over 90 days will be turned over to a collection agency.

Insurance:
We are a provider for only a few select PPO insurance plans but we will gladly file your PPO insurance plan. We can also provide you with a completed insurance form if you have a plan that reimburses the patient. Being that dental insurance companies have a limit on what is covered as well as the amount they allow per year, we offer a finance plan through Capital One. It is subject to credit approval and has some short term plans with no interest.
